Description
I'll even tell you how I made it:
First I took some images of my models as a couple against a white background. Later on Photoshop the background was changed to an image found on Google that had richer colouring.
This image was then printed out on A3 paper.
The next objective was to get this image to reflect in another object, without seeing the camera.
To do this, I cut a hole in the Male’s head big enough so that the image didn't need cropping later from any paper that interfered with the image.
Next I tested putting the camera into the hole of my A3 Paper and taking some images of what was visible in the reflection.
To make sure there were no problems with the paper appearing in the picture, I stuck the camera to the A3 paper with some sticky-tape.
This experimentation proved it was possible to show a reflection of my main image in the heart-shaped object without any paper interfering.
Now, it was time to repeat this process in a decayed location.
The chosen image worked well because it was the easiest to see the couple in the reflection of the heart and not have anything else interfering with the reflection.
Finally on Photoshop, I used the High Pass tool to sharpen the image and give the heart a stronger contrast for the colour to stand out further. Strengthening the image also made it clearer to see parts of the faces of the models.
