April 1st 2013 (April Fools Day for some): The day after being a 1 Year Deviant and it's time I posted a picture of someone other than me or Tulf.
Behold my Second Fictional Character: PRIMROSE
Main Power: Controlling Plants and Nature with her magical staff (un named yet).
The necklace around her neck is very special to her so whatever clothes she wears, that necklace will always be with her! I'll make a template for the necklace so you know what materials it is made from just incase people ever cosplayed as Primrose...
